Where can I find the type or model number of my trimmer?
The nameplate of the trimmer is the type or model number. That number is needed to find the right part. The nameplate is usually located on the bottom or side of the device.
What number should I have?
The correct number is the type or model number, and NOT the serial number. The type or model number always consists of a combination of numbers and/or letters. Sometimes, the sequence is interrupted by a dash (-) or a slash (/).
