Where can I find the type or model number of my freezer?
The type or model number can be found on the nameplate of the freezer. You can usually find this at the bottom left of your freezer or the back of your freezer.
What number should I have?
The correct number is the type or model number, and NOT the serial number. The type or model number always consists of a combination of numbers and / or letters. Sometimes, the sequence is interrupted by a dash (-) or a slash (/).
